Sergey is the founder and managing partner of Inventure. Sergey is responsible for strategic development and day-to-day management of Inventure Partners. He serves on boards of Cityscoot, Everoad, Deliver, Chronext, Ometria, 2can, OnlineTours and Independent Media.

Among Inventures remarkable exits are the sale of Gett to Volkswagen Group, bus ticketing platform Busfor, and education platform Netology Group.

Sergey has many years of entrepreneurial and investment experience. Sergey started his career in 1999, worked in investment banks and private equity. Sergey worked on such remarkable projects as IPO of MTS, reorganization of Svyazinvest, IPO of Irkut Corporation, and merger of Rostelecom.

Sergey graduated from Financial University and Harvard Business School, he is a PhD in economics. In 2015 Sergey was nominated for the Entrepreneur of the Year award by EY.

Sergey Azatyan

Timur is a Chief Investment Director in Inventure Partners.Timur overseas the investment team of Inventure.

Prior to joining Inventure Partners Timur was an investment manager at Impulse VC. Before joining VC, Timur worked in Moscow office of Deloitte at corporate finance and strategy departments, where he executed a range of M&A, debt and equity fundraising, equity valuation analysis and strategy and operational excellence projects. In 2014 Timur was nominated as a best employee of Deloitte.

Timur graduated from Financial University under the government of Russian Federation with degree in Financial Management.

Timur Boridko

Chief Investment Director

Grigory has over 14-year experience in general corporate, M&A, IP, real estate and securities projects.

Before joining Inventure Partners, Grigory worked as Head of M&A at Nafta Moskva, one of the leading Russian investment groups. Grigory participated in transactions covering acquisition of stakes in one of the world’s major potash producer, major mining and construction companies, as well as in financial recovery of a major construction company, and setting-up JVs for mining companies.

Prior to that, Grigory worked in leading international law firms – Clifford Chance and Denton Wilde Sapte. As a part of his job, Grigory advised on M&A deals, as well as on squeezing-out procedures, IP and real estate deals, etc. for major Russian and international companies with focus at mining, sportswear, tobacco etc.
